Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a non-impact martial art developed to improve circulation, tone muscles, increase flexibility, improve posture, enhance balance, and induce relaxation. The training includes: traditional forms, Chi Kung exercises, meditation, two person practice, sword, knife and staff.

 

Hapkido
In Hapkido, control techniques are used for self-defense without injury to the aggressor, and combat techniques are used to defend yourself in case you are attacked. The training includes: kicking, punching, throwing, falling, join-locking, pressure points, sparring, staff, and swordsmanship.

 

Kendo
Kendo is a form of swordsmanship that originated in Japan. It is fast moving and intense, teaching quick thinking and decisiveness. During sparring, Kendoists wear body armor and wield a lightweight sword of split bamboo.

 

 

Fan Tai Chi Club
The members will meet every Saturday 9am-10am to learn, practice and perform Yang Style Tai Chi Fan Form. It has 73 movements and looks like a beautiful fan dance when we perform it to a traditional Chinese music. No prior Tai Chi experience is required.

 

 

Street Smart Hapkido
This will train you to survive street crime. Techniques are easy to learn. There are no prerequisites. There is no belt system. Since all kicks are directed to lower body, flexibility is not required. Out-of-shape adults are welcome. This is available for private lessons only.
